The Dodge Durango Tow Hook is clearly for those who think the Durango R/T V-8 production model is too tame. Dressed up in a mix of bright orange and satin black paint, the Durango Tow Hook concept has more curb appeal than we'd ever expect from a seven-passenger family hauler. The special Durango sports 22-inch wheels, a custom Corsa exhaust, a new piano-black front grille, and rides one inch lower than stock.

Los Angeles-based Icon has made a name for itself doing to SUVs what Restoration Hardware does to furniture -- taking the old, and making it new again. With a Jeep CJ and a Toyota FJ Cruiser currently in the stable, what better way to round out the lineup than with a late '60s-based Mustang-hearted Bronco?
Icon got started a few years back as TLC. Back then TLC started to custom build Toyota FJ40s, starting with the chassis and then adding modern goodies like a GM-sourced 5.3-liter V-8 producing 350 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. After a name change to Icon, they added a modern interpretation of the Willys Jeep CJ3 to its lineup. The Icon CJ3 again features a GM-sourced engine. This time it's an Ecotec 2.4-liter I-4 producing 200 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque. Both the Icon FJ and CJ put their power to the ground through five-speed manual transmissions and part time four-wheel drive transfer cases.

CR-Z Hybrid R Concept
The CR-Z Hybrid R might redeem the would-be sporty hybrid hatchback, if only it wasn't just a concept. First shown off at last year's SEMA Show, the Hybrid R still utilizes a turbocharged and intercooled 1.5-liter I-4 paired with an electric motor - good for a combined output of 200 hp and 175 lb-ft of torque. There's an assortment of non-stock body parts added to the exterior, though the end product came out looking tasteful, and almost production-ready. That doesn't come as too big a surprise, as the car was put together by Honda's own in-house performance wing, Honda Performance Development (HPD). The Hybrid R looks great, and, with 200 hp on tap, probably benefits from more inspiring performance compared to the standard CR-Z.

While Hyundai's new Veloster hatchback is already one of the boldest vehicles on the road today, the automaker has teamed up with two other companies to elevate the car's presence and abilities.
